| From: Chandra Sekhar Prathipati, Yochana IT Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, This is Chandra from Yochana IT Solutions, I Recently found your resume in our Job portals and We are looking for Test Manager, Portland, OR(Onsite) with one of our client, I have included the job information below, If you are interested, please share your updated resume Job Description: Mandatory required skills TDM tools like IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix or GenRocket Preferred/Desired skills Please share the Detailed Job Description Excellent knowledge on Test data management strategies from a process, tools and technology perspective. - Should have hands on experience working on TDM tools like IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix or GenRocket (Anyone tool experience is mandatory). - Hands on experience in creating Test Data Models and enabling self-service find and reserve test data. - Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments. - Should have strong knowledge on creating data masking algorithms using Hashing and other obfuscation methodologies. - Understanding of Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Provisioning, and Data Security. - Understand industry TDM trends and continuously seek to improve the maturity of TDM practice using automation. - Should be able to understand and analyze a specific test data requirement and expedite it in an cost and time efficient way . - Should have expert level knowledge on Application, database, and middleware layer from an business architectural perspective. - Should be able to suggest and create feasible custom solutions for various Test data challenges that arise post data refresh. - Should have experience working with legacy systems like Mainframe VSAM, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL server and Azure Data lake. - Should be able to analyze and take up initiatives Synthetic Data Generation and it's Integration with CI/CD pipeline in automation testing. - Should understand every step of System integration, Functional and Regression testing and outline the test data requirements proactively before the testing team. - This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.
