| From: ANIL, CDI Solutions Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Title:OPS AND MONITORING ENGINEER Experience : 8+Years Location : Remote Duration: 12+Months This role would be responsible for administration and analysis of data on Broadcom's DX SaaS platform (Application Experience Analytics (AXA), APM, Digital Operational Intelligence). Magenta and Yellow Monitoring teams for strategic direction and implementation of AppDynamics for retail systems. Additionally, they would help in administration of Broadcom DX SaaS platform by becoming subject matter expert on the AXA application and assist development and operations teams with things like alert creation, dashboard creation, and troubleshooting any issues with the platform. The person in this position would ideally be able to utilize these tools to provide analytics around things like user experience, transactional performance, and variety of other metrics used for executive level reports. Additionally could be asked to support deployment activities by monitoring telemetry tools post implementation for errors, issue, etc. Create and maintain monitoring process documentation and wikis Participate in NOC, hailing, and release bridges to assist with real time monitoring, triaging, and education Tier1/Tier 2 Production support for WIL contract generation application Assist dev with production tickets or issues Eyes on glass monitoring for key performance metrics Monitor batch jobs and work on failures DML production implementations |
