Must have:- AWS Snowflake Qualification:- For each data stream, we need a small team working to bring data into raw. For client 0, might be a subset of data. Assumption is this will use IICS to get data from source system into AWS/S3, then use IICS Snowflake module to move data into Snowflake. Each team probably includes at least 2 data engineers -- one who knows the source system, and one who knows IICS. At least one should have a clue about Snowflake. Each Pod should also include a data analyst/tester. Have a data modeling/analysis team to work to rationalize the specific data needed for the reports used by Client 0. Include team leadership/project management and some level of testing. Include at least one infrastructure-type person to ensure everyone gets access, etc. that they need and unblock issues.
