Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strategic Data Governance Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of non-invasive data governance strategies that align with the organization's objectives and data architecture. This responsibility includes establishing and overseeing data standards, policies, and procedures. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure data governance practices meet internal and external requirements and standards. Training and Certification Management: Utilize your certifications in non-invasive data governance to train and mentor team members. Ensure continuous learning and certification in the latest data governance practices and tools. Data Quality Management: Oversee the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and audit mechanisms. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with data governance policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with data handling and storage. Data Governance Tools and Technologies: Implement and manage data governance tools and technologies. Stay abreast of new trends and advancements in data governance and management technologies.
