Use machine learning techniques to recommend process improvements. Clinical Quality Metrics: Collaborate with clinical teams to design and track key quality-of-care metrics on dashboards and reports. Analyze trends to identify areas for targeted improvement and monitor the impact of interventions. Natural Language Processing Applications: Explore using NLP techniques to derive insights from unstructured text data within clinical notes, patient surveys, and social media sentiment to assess patient sentiment. Data-driven storytelling: Effectively communicate complex findings to clinicians, administrators, and patient experience leaders through compelling visualizations and presentations, supporting data-driven decision-making.
