Position : UX Designer Location : Seattle, WA (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week) Duration : 12+months Visa : No H1B/CPT Interview mode: : VIDEO Job Description Responsibilities: Envision and craft comprehensive solutions across the entire customer journey, analysing behaviours, and identifying opportunities for improved user experiences. Collaborate closely with internal and external executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver visionary, customer-focused solutions. Apply design thinking to create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mock-ups, and prototypes communicating high-level design strategies. Advocate for the customer, fostering a shared understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, technology, and business. Deliver high-quality creative products with a focus on maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Present to business, design, and executive-level leadership, supporting design rationale with quantitative data, site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, showcasing proficiency in Figma and strong presentation skills. Proven track record in designing product and service experiences, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce sector. Strong systems-oriented design thinking, demonstrating the ability to connect dots, identify patterns, and create cohesive visions for users. Passion for strategically working with internal and external stakeholders to drive design-led, customer-obsessed solutions.
