As individual technical expert need to technically supervise other engineers or technicians. Interact directly with customers (Surgeons) to determine and identify unmet needs to support lifecycle enhancing improvements. Provide technical expertise & ensure customer requirements throughout lifecycle of new product development, commercialization. Risk Management activities over-sight throughout the NP lifecycle (Mfg. Readiness Assessments, pFMEA, Control Plans). Continuously identify and expand network for new technologies and quality standards. May have some direct managerial responsibilities for the department. Partner with Contract Manufacturers to build strong relationships and enhance the effectiveness of suppliers. Adherence to EH&S procedures and supports department EH&S objectives. Conceptualizes complete solutions, Create, or coordinates the design solutions for novel or complex problems; integrates regulatory and operational needs. Effective communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
