[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Service Support Analyst- Expert (731163) Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 Duration: 12 Months Client:NC-OSC Need 10+ years Candidate Need Local Candidate **This is a hybrid or fully on-site position, depending on the candidate's preference. The candidate is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. The specific days will be coordinated with the rest of the staff, so if they have a preference OSC should be able to work with that. Desktop and M365 Support Analyst NC OSC is transitioning to a new Microsoft Tenant and fully independent Desktop Management. Our IT Ops team will take on all desktop and M365 support and it will be a significant transition to our staff. We need someone with good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and an even/calm presence to support our staff through the initial transition and the new ongoing support processes. Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience. Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems 2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users 3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users 4. Support of the Office 365 environment (administration and useage) 5. Able to support remote PC setup and application installation 6. Will be on-site for a portion of the week to support hands-on users SKILLS Customer service skills Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc) usage Desktop support PC specifications and purchasing Desktop imaging and installation of applications Experience supporting IT for employees of the State of NC Microsoft certifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting A/V equipment Excellent background support end users in a M365 environment with specific emphasis on Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Keywords: information technology North Carolina |
