Position- QE Automation Engineer Location- Houston, TX (Day 1 onsite - Locals Preferred) Exp Req : 8+ Rate : $52/Hr on C2C Job Description: Manual and automation testing Selenium with Java Strong API testing skills with functional and automation Able to Analyze requirements Prepare Test Plans, Testing requirements Good at interaction with Business Teams if any clarifications and work with offshore functional and automation leads to drive the testing Review Test Strategy/Test Plan/Test Cases Perform Sanity / Functional / Regression Testing and report the consolidated testing reports and release sign off reports. Participation in Requirements grooming sessions, Scrum, business review calls, and release cut over calls. Awareness of Bug Life Cycle and report issues, prioritize and represent in release sign offs Proactive and Get things done attitude Good communication skills and should be able to handle the project independently Work on Automation sprint automation model. Work on Maven, TestNG, CI/CD pipeline and Jenkins. Analyse the automation requirements and develop test plan or test approach, derive test estimations! Develop automation scripts & execute them for the releases.
