Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Experience in systems analysis and design work. 4 Required Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, and to communicate effectively. 4 Required Skill in solving problems; scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and troubleshooting computer systems 4 Required Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, the techniques used in the design of non-automated systems, information technology equipment, applicable programming languages, computer hardware and software, computer operating systems 4 Required Experience preparing charts, diagrams, tables, and flowcharts to assist in problem analysis and submitting recommendations for solution. 2 Preferred Experience working in an IT technical operations or development environment with the creation and management of highly detailed actions, tasks, and schedules. 1 Preferred Transitioning from a Waterfall methodology to an Agile methodology. V. OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Required: Must reside within 300 miles or 3-4 hours of work location. Required to go in office at least one (1) day a month as designated by DPS.
