Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Position : Oracle HCM functional Consultant Location : Washington DC onsite On a weekly basis Duration : Long Term lead role and functional consultant who has done minimum of 3 implementations. New implementation project. Oracle Fusion Cloud , part of the customer is implementing oracle HCM. Job Description : We are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional to join our team on a contract basis. As an Oracle HCM Functional, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring the system to meet those requirements, testing, and delivering the solution, and providing daily support to business users. Qualifications Bachelor's and/or masters degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consulting Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time/Labor modules Experience in other HCM solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP) is a plus. Ability to write functional specifications and test scripts, and to execute testing independently.
