Overall, 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing complex engagements and programs within the technology industry. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams spanning multiple roles and functions, including project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps. Proven ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and lead strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders. Strong background in running PMOs and managing large-scale programs effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. PMP or PMP certification is a plus. Additional Requirements: A strong sense of accountability for project delivery and meeting KPIs. The ability to maintain an optimal team structure with the required skill sets.
