Responsibilities: Lead the test strategy and execution for software implementations. Manage a comprehensive testing process with a focus on 90% regression testing. Utilize Jira for test case creation, tracking, and reporting. Conduct System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software quality assurance. Possess expertise in testing Oracle Order Management System (OMS). Develop and implement automated test scripts. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Participate in performance testing activities (beginning in June). Leverage knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to optimize testing procedures. Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development testing. Proven track record of leading successful testing initiatives. In-depth knowledge of Jira and other testing tools. Experience with SAT/UAT, Oracle OMS, and automation frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
