Role: Senior Java Technical Lead Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite) Employment Type: Long Term Contract JD: Candidate should have e retail experience. Act as a technical architect, responsible for designing scalable solutions. Utilize expertise in Java programming and design to architect solutions that meet client requirements. Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Extensive experience in implementing and customizing Java Open CMS (Content Management System). (Added Advantage, Not Mandatory) Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java technologies. Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on client-facing interactions. Deep understanding of Java backend development, coupled with proficiency in frontend technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
