| Direct client position Position: Senior Programmer Duration: 1 year Location: West Sacramento, CA Project Scope/Tasks The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) is requesting a full-time experienced consultant resource to lead a team of developers building enhanced capabilities to improve liquidity management, through the development and deployment of a Liquidity Dashboard. The selected consultant will be directly responsible for: Direct development in SQL (Snowflake), Python, Power BI, DBT, Prefect. This includes writing code, testing and building the solution, and ensuring the solution meets requirements. Meeting deadlines - completing assigned User Stories within the sprint schedule, in keeping with priorities set by the Product Owner, Solution Architect and Lead Developer. Ensuring the quality of the solution. This includes ensuring all submitted code is tested thoroughly. This also includes building the solution in alignment with target architecture as set by the ITDP Architecture Team and the Solution Architect. Following agreed upon coding conventions (SQL Fluff, Python Linting, etc.).
