Job Title : ServiceNow Architect Location : Fort Worth, Texas ( Onsite ) Job Type : Contract Role Rate : $75/HR on C2C Note : Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp Job Description: ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc Experience with system administration Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies Experience with various integrations & APIs. Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule Perform POCs Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance.
