Job Role - Sr Systems Analyst Location - Richardson, TX or Chicago, IL (Onsite) Duration of project - 6 months+ Required visa - Any visa (Except H1B and CPT) Mode of Interview - Video Local Only (No Relocation) Job Summary This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions. Ensure the integrity, security, scalability, and daily availability and of the databases supporting the Member connect applications through proactive monitoring and management activities. Required Job Qualifications * Bachelor Degree and 8-10 years Information Technology experience. * Knowledge of application configuration * Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST * Knowledge of SQL and Relational databases Extensive knowledge to write effective SQL commands for data profiling, validation, mining * Knowledge of Big Data Analytics - HAVeN / HADOOP/ Autonomy / Vertica * Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies Microsoft Azure, databricks. * Knowledge of Integration (ETL) Technologies * Requirements definition & management Source to target mapping * SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development * System Performance management * Conceptual thinking * Creative thinking * Problem solving and analytical thinking * Strong oral/written communication skills Job Qualificationsmust have experience withthey must be mentioned on the resume: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related * Ability to help on Production deployment activities Backup and Restore * Forward Recovery *Conversions for filler expansion, key restructuring etc. * Reorganizations and free space tuning *Naming convention standards *Special loads and reports or extract * Log stream management and design * Master file copybook creation and copybook change management * Disaster Recovery support * Data flow and file design and access key design consulting * Creation and initialization of test databases * Test copies of production files * Ad hoc record fixes * Batch tuning consultation * Key Range Verify program to ensure the integrity of partitioned files. * Audit balance controlling.
