Performance Engineering Architect Location : Boston, MA Create Performance Test Plan, Test Strategy per NFRs Develop scripts in different Performance tools like Neolaod, Jmeter and Loadrunner. Design and run tests like Load, Soak, Scalability etc. Monitor and analyze from tools like Dynatrace/ AppDynamics/New Relic etc. Application monitoring/Observability, building dashboards (Grafana tool), identifying & establishing SLAs, logging & tracing. Developing frameworks to automate the activities in performance engineering life cycle. Create CI/CD pipeline to execute performance tests. Experience in AWS or Azure platform to run performance tests. Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required. Communicate all key aspects of the status report on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur. Demonstrated success as a self-starter. Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach. Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders. Expertise in using tools such as NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner etc. Strong experience in understanding of application architecture, NFRs & identifying production workloads.
