| From: Awkash Kumar, Largeton INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description :: IT Project Manager for a 6 month contract for our client in Austin, TX. ***Only Candidates local to Austin need apply, full time on site required 5 days per week **** Candidate Must Have Skills 3 years of Oracle Cloud Fusion administration 3 years of project management Description of Job Duties: In collaboration with agency procurement team and various stakeholders, manage new IT procurements, including: Gathering requirements and developing specifications; Checking against agency standards and file formats; Identification of potential solutions and vendors; Developing budget estimates; Coordinating procurement with stakeholders; Assisting with decisions about terms and conditions; Drafting and Reviewing of statement of work; Reviewing proposals; Managing awarded contracts; Directing project activities as needed. Direct needed contract renewals: Identify needed contract renewals three months in advance of expiration; Evaluate continued needs and counts for the renewals; Work to align contract term to agency budget cycle; Collaborate with Procurement to optimize pricing; Assure timely completion of renewal. 3.Lead technology effort of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (financials & HR) migration from legacy implementation: Orchestrate agency testing; Monitor implementation vendor activities for timeliness and accuracy; Formulate communications to agency staff about progress and activities; Assist in training users; Assure needed information is available to Managed Service Provider help desk.
