Rate: $50/hour Duration: Long Term Bachelors degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc. 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony. 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM). 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC). 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber. 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE. 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC. Experience with Calabrio Call recording. Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP. Role: Network Engineers Work Location: Irvine, CA (or) Redlands, CA (Onsite) 5+ years Experience Mandatory. Rate: $50/hour Duration: Long Term Minimum 5+ years experience in Network Engineering & Datacenter Networking. 5+ years Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst series switches and ISR/ASR Routers. 5+ years Hands-on experience of Installing & Configuring Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet and Sophos Firewalls. 3+ years Experience with log and monitoring aggregation tools such as Armis, Splunk, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark. Must Have Strong Experience and Understanding of Cisco AnyConnect VPN (ASA/FirePower), Site to Site VPN, Palo Alto Networks (FW/VPN). Cisco CCNP and PCNSE Certification. Role: Desktop Engineers Work Location: Irvine, CA (or) Redlands, CA (Onsite) 5+ years Experience Mandatory. Rate: $50/hour Duration: Long Term Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. Conduct remote troubleshooting. Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs. Record technical issues and solutions in logs. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. Report customer feedback and potential product requests. Help create technical documentation and manuals.
