Business Analysts (Capital Markets) Requirements gathering Functional specification Prototype development base line queries. Data mining and data analysis Testing Production support Requirements: A senior Business Analyst (11+ years) with experience supporting Capital Markets/Fixed Income/Back Office Projects. Candidates must have Strong End-to-End Trading Lifecycle experience (Order Management, Execution, Risk Management, Clearing Settlement, Collateral Management, Netting, Recons, Trade Accounting to General Ledger/Sub-GLs, Reporting etc.) as well as Experience in industry applications (Murex, Summit, Charles River, Bloomberg, Trade Web, Calypso, DTCC Reporting Hub, Collateral Manager, Minerva, SS&C etc.) Capital Markets focused: Senior BA (12+ yrs)/Junior BA (8+yrs) with Front Office experience in global investment banks Strong End-to-End Trading Lifecycle experience (Order Management, Execution, Risk Management, Clearing Settlement, Collateral Management, Netting, Recons, Trade Accounting to General Ledger/Sub-GLs, Reporting etc.) Experience with at least 1-2 asset classes with full product lifecycle experience (OTC Derivatives, Fixed income, Options, Futures, Currency, Equities etc.) Experience in industry applications (Murex, Summit, Charles River, Bloomberg, Trade Web, Calypso, DTCC Reporting Hub, Collateral Manager, Minerva, SS&C etc.) Diverse Experience: Well-rounded experience beyond Business Analysis; they have worked in end-to-end technology transformation, project management, development, testing etc. Development Experience: At least 3 years Development and Testing experience from overall experience Quality Training and Education: Masters degree ( MBA, M.Fin/M.Com or equivalent) and industry certifications (e.g. CFA, FRM, NSE, IT Certifications etc.) would be nice Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *** Please make sure that each submittal includes: Drivers license or State ID Link to the candidates LinkedIn account.
