Must have worked as TPM in the last 2-3 projects. Must have understanding of Software development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. A solid understanding of system architecture, including hardware, software, and networking components, is necessary to grasp the technical requirements of the project and make informed decisions. Good Communication and documentation skills. Candidates should be able to act as a bridge between HCL Customer, HCL Customer's customer and HCL internal development team.
