In-depth knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM Assets, Atlassian Analytics, Confluence, and associated plugins. Strong understanding of software development and project management processes. Experience with customization and scripting in Atlassian products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Work Management solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks. Solution Design: Design and architect work management solutions leveraging Atlassian products, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Implementation: Lead the implementation of Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM Assets, Atlassian Analytics, and others, ensuring proper configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. Customization: Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to meet specific business requirements. Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators, and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
