Candidates must be USC, GC, or GC-EAD candidates and be able to convert to full time after 6 months Candidates must be willing to work onsite Day 1 in St Louis MO and they are working a hybrid schedule of 1 week in the office and 1 week remote. Also would be open to candidates looking to do 3 days per week in the office Our client in St. Louis, MO, is in need of a Business Intelligence Analyst for a three-month contract-to-hire position. Working initially in a hybrid model, one week onsite and one week remote, the Analyst will be supporting the Sales and Commissions vertical in BI, with significant responsibilities around writing queries, understanding databases and where data is stored, and data analysis based on business needs. This role will eventually be onsite daily at some point in 2023. Required skills: 7 years' experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst Must have experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data, including reporting dashboards Experience with MicroStrategy is preferred, but Tableau experience is also acceptable Must have working understanding of databases, preferably Teradata Advanced statistical knowledge and intuition ideally utilized in A/B or multivariate testing (or related analytics) Understanding of BI Data Modeling concepts such as Star/Snowflake Schema, Dimensions and Facts Strong communication and collaboration skills |
