From: Debasish Pattnaik, MRTECHNOSOFT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IdentityNow Engineer to join our team at Dallas HYBRID/ONSITE As an IdentityNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure and efficient management of identities, access rights, and application onboarding processes. As an expert in IdentityNow, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of identity governance and administration solutions. You will contribute to the overall security posture of the organization by ensuring the proper configuration, integration, and maintenance of the IdentityNow platform. Role & responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage the IdentityNow platform, including configuration, integration, and customization to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IdentityNow platform. Develop and maintain identity governance and administration processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Configure and manage user provisioning, de provisioning, and access request workflows within IdentityNow. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the IdentityNow platform, including user provisioning, access requests, and system integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IdentityNow with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, HR systems, and single sign-on solutions. Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity and access management processes and controls to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall security posture. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IdentityNow Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IdentityNow, including configuration, customization, and administration. Familiarity with identity governance and administration processes, including user provisioning, access certifications, and role-based access control. Experience with identity and access management integration projects, including connectors, APIs, and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IdentityNow platform. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications IdentityNow Certified Professional/ IdentityNow certified engineer would be plus. Experience with other IGA tools and relevant certifications (Saviynt and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ) would be a plus. Keywords: Delaware |
