Please send the suitable resume along with contact details, current location asap on [email protected] Job Title : Business Analyst Supplier/Source Location : 100% Remote EST Preference Duration : Contract W2 Job Description : Support Business and Technical Product Owner to translate business needs and requirements into stories for the squad backlog for the product - PORTA Understand, define, and document current and future state business processes Through workshop facilitation, understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the team Build use case, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows Document current state business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support, and assist the business in defining the future state business process Apply business process improvement methods for optimization In partnership with the PO, maintain a deep understanding of the business process and product to ensure the squads backlog priorities are aligned with business/group needs Drive synthesis, and harmonize processes across locations within MedTech - there will be interim states for processes, and harmonization must occur prior to handoff to technical team Track metrics and build reports to measure progress Help manage dependencies with other squads working closely with squad PO, peer POs and the Product Manager Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required Support and/or facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed User Stories meet the Definition of Ready (DOR) by the required deadlines Business Product Owner (BPO) has the information they need to be able to disposition all user stories All necessary work drivers are accounted for during the User Story estimation All Acceptance Criteria are testable and comprehensive to ensure that business needs are met Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience May help write UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed Support the test script team so that they understand acceptance criteria to be able to write quality scripts Business Analysts will be the beginning and ending Stage gates to tests: You will provide WHAT needs to be teste The script WILL test the user story Verify that it tested the user story successfully Qualifications: S trong Agile Business Analyst skills; user story SME S upply Chain knowledge - Supplier/Source experience will be crucial At tention to detail and a process-focused mindset C ritical thinking, and ability to ask "the hard questions" to stakeholders E xperience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities Ability to create technical workflows - Candidate should be proficient in creating easily digestible representations that show how information moves through systems B asic UAT script writing skills Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter a sprint Thanks & Regards Rajashekar Soma PH : +1 972 440 0066 Technical Recruiter | Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc . 7460 Warren Pkwy,Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.
