Preferably a US citizen that can communicate super well. They need to be able to travel to Las Vegas on March 25 and also Washington DC later on for a business review. This is a contract to hire position. Job Description: Responsibilities: Deliver effective consulting services to our Clients. Provide technical leadership in sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions. Lead solution architecture design, guide and mentor teams to develop high quality solutions both internally and externally. Foster strong Client relationships leading to trusted partnership and sought-after recommendations. Drive the continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance. Diagnose the client's technical environment and how they use Adobe technology to recommend options for improvement. Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as key internal initiatives. Play a key role as a change agent in pursuit of constant tuning and improvement of internal and external practices. Effectively analyze complex project issues, identify the possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and recommended solution with the client. Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying ahead of Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study. Requirements: 5-10 years experience in the Web and/or ECMS technologies 3+ years of direct client consulting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills. Articulate technical solutions and how they can solve client business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences. Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and in complicated situations, employing strong facilitation skills and establishing credibility and trust quickly. Understand business requirements and translate them into architecture, design and development activities. Desire to help build and strengthen a team-oriented environment through providing honest, professional feedback, and by adopting and supporting current structure and process. Proficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice. Debugging and appropriate debugging tools usage skills in general TCP/IP networking, UNIX Operating system, HTTP protocol and request processing, SMTP, etc. Exposure to the latest AEM Cloud Service is a plus. Mastery in at least one of the current SQL dialects.
