Your primary focus will be on overseeing project budgets, establishing and maintaining project management office (PMO) standards, and providing accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs, exceptional budget management skills, and extensive experience in PMO operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage multiple IT programs concurrently, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop comprehensive program plans and roadmaps to guide project execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize program performance and deliverables. Program Budget Management: Oversee program budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of resources. Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take proactive measures to address variances. Project Plan & Roadmapping (Capital Edge a+): Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Utilize Capital Edge and other relevant tools to facilitate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Status Reporting (Strong PowerPoint): Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues. Utilize strong PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate project status and key metrics. Process Design & Implementation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT programs and projects. Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline project execution and enhance overall productivity. Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states within IT programs and processes. Develop strategies and recommendations to address identified gaps and drive continuous improvement. Efficiency Ratio and Analysis: Analyze program and project performance metrics to assess efficiency ratios and identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize project outcomes. Communication and Training: Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate stakeholders on project methodologies, processes, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
