Duration: 3-6 months with extension. H4,GC,USC Experience and/or Education Requirements: Now transitioning in provider network space healthcare provider data (currently maintained in a large legacy system) to Salesforce on March 18th (Go-Live date). Not rebuilding any flows... Need is to bring someone and help the team on the next work items once they get Salesforce platform live. Make sure everything is tied together properly. How this system connects to x systems, etc. Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability when it comes to getting Salesforce to work properly after go-live and/or integration.. Must have exp working with APIs and Kafka. Healthcare exp is required. Should have the development BG. IT team in place, this Solution Manager will relay info to IT leads and talk to business managers to make sure things are going well. Spoken communication will be very important. Overall corporate knowledge in Salesforce space is young so really needs this person to come on and provide thought leadership. Jira/Jira Align exp is huge plus. Will be hands on with this. Application is taken care of... Product Owners are a bit Junior. This person needs to be able to look at systems architecture and say ok we need to do XYZ to make this system work properly.
