Requirements 10 years experience working in an agile environment in progressive roles; understands the ebbs and flows of working with individuals with traditional project management and agile backgrounds MUST have RTE certification SPC certification is desired, not required Experienced creating dashboards through tools such as Jira, rally and ideally Azure DevOps for communication across various levels including the C-Suite MUST have experience coaching teams in their capacity as an RTE or Scrum Master Experience working as a Release Train Engineer, and can manage multiple scrum teams without the guidance of a 3rd party Responsible for managing the agile release train for a given value stream and ensuring scrum team success. Responsible for planning and executing PI Planning, and for working with the teams to plan and execute other ART-level ceremonies Enable teams to remove impediments.
