Role: Technical Program Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Experience: 10 to 15 yrs, JD: Steers execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions; co-develops and documents solution Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows Mentors, guides, and supports Technical Project Managers and other team members as appropriate Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams. Contributes to prioritization discussions and pressure tests plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk Drives coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management Follows and instills documentation best practices to ensure designs meet requirements Drives technical and regulatory consistency across workstreams; develops documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of technical and regulatory solutions Education& Experience Certifications in project management methodologies is preferred 3+ years in program delivery and project management Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies a plus Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams Technical Emerging Technologies Programming Languages and Frameworks SDLC Methodologies and Practices Solution Architecture System/Platform Domain Knowledge System Software Testing Functional Availability Management Business Analysis Change Management Governance and Reporting Portfolio, Program and Project Support Program Management Project Management Requirements Gathering and Definition Leadership Analytical Thinking Builds High Performing Teams Coaching and Mentoring Consultancy Decision-Making Executive Presence Influence and Negotiation Relationship Management Business Facilitation Planning & Organizing Problem Solving Regulatory Compliance Keywords: Arizona Colorado |
