Manage and monitor Physical Network Infrastructure - domain controller Microsoft Entra experience would be great - DHCP server - server virtualization - virtual machine. Manage and monitor Cloud Infrastructure - Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Entra - Microsoft Azure Provide technical support for Aging & Disability Module software thats handed by Wellsky more acting as a liaison because its handled by them. Provide technical support and training Services Delivery Manager- software thats handed by Wellsky - more acting as a liaison because its handled by them. Act as liaison between EOEA and Providers for WellSky related needs. Create and run Harmony Advanced Reporting (HAR) reports. Create and maintain MS Access Database to process vendor billing and interact with financial system no immediate need for that part so its ok if they cant do it. Configure and manage Telephone system they use cell phones and want to integrate in teams. Research and implement new technologies for improvement, and compliance.
