This includes defining data ownership, access controls, and data lifecycle management processes. Database Design and Management: Designing and implementing database systems to efficiently store, retrieve, and manipulate data. This may involve selecting appropriate database technologies, optimizing data structures and queries for performance, and ensuring scalability and availability. Data Integration: Developing strategies and mechanisms for integrating data from disparate sources across the organization, including databases, applications, and external data feeds. This often involves designing data pipelines, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data synchronization mechanisms.
