Job Summary The Engineering Manager (DevOps) will be responsible for overseeing and orchestrating the technical delivery of Identivs products and services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and operational management skills to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of technology solutions and team alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with AWS Minimum of 2 years experience with Terraform Proven track record of adopting new technologies. Strong strategic planning skills, project management expertise, and the ability to analyze and resolve interdepartmental challenges. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in leveraging IAC methodologies for infrastructure management. Deep understanding of Git for version control and collaborative development environments. Highly Desired Skills: Strong familiarity and practical usage of Terraform for defining and provisioning infrastructure as code. Experience with GitHub for source control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Familiarity with any IAC platform (e.g. SpaceLift, Env0, Scalr, Terrateam, Digger, Atlantis, etc). Experience with Disciplined Agile and DORA are both highly valued. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is well regarded.
