Role Description: Technical/Functional Skills Dynamics 365 architecture, Sales and Field Service Modules, Capacity Planning, Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications, Integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP, SQL Server, exposure to SAP and SQL Server backend systems; Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are highly desirableExperience Required Minimum 15 yearsRoles & Responsibilities 1. Solution Design and Architecture:* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to Sales and Field Service. - Design and drive the Dynamics 365 architecture that aligns with the organizations strategic goals. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment strategies.2. Sales and Field Service Modules:* Leverage your extensive experience in Sales and Field Service modules to architect robust solutions. - Develop comprehensive technical designs for Sales automation, customer engagement, and service delivery.3. Capacity Planning:* Assess and plan the capacity requirements for Dynamics 365 environments. - Optimize resource allocation, scalability, and performance.4. App Development:* Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications tailored to specific business needs. - Ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules.5. Integration Expertise:* Integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP, SQL Server, and other API-based interfaces. - Leverage your exposure to SAP and SQL Server backend systems.6. Performance Optimization:* Optimize system performance, considering data volume, user load, and responsiveness. - Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.7. Partner Collaboration:* Collaborate with partner teams to execute projects effectively. - Drive cross-functional alignment and successful solution delivery.Generic Managerial Skills Required Leadership and Communication:* Ability to drive partner teams and communicate effectively.Education Bachelors degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
