Assist manager on meeting with Ops and client team members to build out confluence/website documentation. Assist with creating/updating process flows and supporting documentation out of sessions with client team Prep process flows and documentation to be shared with the wider team. If possible, facilitate the discussions to create or refine processes such as the intake process. Update existing JIRA tickets to reflect the new processes. Requirements: Experience working with technical and business audiences of different levels. Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and engage with team members on complex and difficult data driven decisions.
