Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Kore.ai certification or training.Responsibilities include: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for chatbot projects. Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform. Create conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions. Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence. Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
