Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (Accounts Receivable and Billing)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Key: The ideal candidate will possess University and Fluid experience to support our ongoing projects and initiatives. Seeking a skilled SENIOR PeopleSoft FUNCTIONAL / Business Analyst with expertise in Financial Management System (FMS) and ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / BILLING

Must have experience with PeopleSoft Fluid Interface, Approval Framework and work Centres.

Job description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Functional / Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft Financial Management System (FMS) and ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / BILLING in a UNIVERSITY, MEDICAL SCHOOL OR HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT.

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, data model, and integration points.

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and University modules.

Proficiency in configuring PeopleSoft applications, including setup tables, business units, and security.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Experience working in a remote environment and managing priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related COMMITMENT CONTROL and BUDGETING.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system designs.

Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Conduct thorough testing of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure quality and stability.

Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
