Facilitating the development of stakeholder and engagement plans and creating robust reinforcement plans. Working with process professionals to identify change impact and the solutions and actions to implement them. Facilitating the decisions needed to align local processes into the global template in coordination with relevant stakeholders and the Global Process Owners Supporting the design and delivery of process and system training, providing critical hypercare where needed. Synthesising learnings from each wave of implementation to refine ongoing change activities. Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role): An experienced change management professional with a passion for transformation and a methodical approach to processes. An experienced communicator and facilitator adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing resistance with poise. Proven expertise in managing large-scale international transformation projects, with a preference for those versed in Prosci and ADKAR methodologies. An experienced project manager with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Key deliverables expected in this role: Tailored stakeholder engagement plans with measurable outcomes. Impact assessments for system implementations, addressing any identified gaps collaboratively. Strategic blueprints for role mapping post-system rollout and targeted change management communications. Requirements: Proficiency in English is a must; Spanish would be a bonus. Change management project experience in ERP change management and communications or training. Implementing SAP S4/Hana would be a bonus A Masters degree in Business, HR, or Change Management is ideal, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in change leadership roles. Equivalent experience with a Bachelor's degree is also welcome.
