| Hi, Job: MuleSoft Delivery Lead Location: California, (Remote - Ability to travel to client sites as needed.) Duration: 6+ months Experience: 10+ Responsibilities Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards. Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the MuleSoft delivery team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in MuleSoft and integration technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate. MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products. Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Experience in Project end-to-end deployment experience in highly complex environment. Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology. Need to be visionary, proactive with good analytics and risk management. skills. . Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Master's degree preferred.
