Responsibilities: Production Support: Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve incidents. Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures. Minor Enhancements: Develop minor enhancements to existing systems using Python programming language. Leverage AWS services for optimizing and enhancing system functionalities. Utilize Snowflake for data-related enhancements and optimizations. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to enhance overall system reliability. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of production support activities and enhancements. Develop and update knowledge base articles for common issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in production support roles. Proficiency in Python programming language. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-based solutions. Experience working with Snowflake for data management and analytics. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: AWS certification is a plus. Previous experience in implementing minor enhancements to existing systems.
