Hybrid Work Policy:

Monday and Friday are remote, Tue/Wed/Thurs are on-site.

Role Summary:
The Data Analyst (Production Support) role is a hands-on position focused on maintaining data accuracy and completeness within the enterprise data warehouse, with a specific emphasis on P&C (Property and Casualty) domain experience. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues, creating source-to-target mapping documents, ensuring ETL code alignment, and performing data validation.

Role Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve data issues for the enterprise data warehouse, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Create source-to-target mapping documents, loading them into the enterprise data warehouse.

Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure correct source-to-target mapping documents are reflected in the ETL code.

Ensure ETL code aligns with source-to-target mapping requirements.

Perform data validation to ensure accurate data movement within the enterprise data warehouse architecture.

Consult with reporting teams to understand variances between the data warehouse and source system applications.

Technical Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse.

2 years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise.

Advanced level SQL knowledge.

Knowledge of concepts and frameworks for Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures.

Ability to create and tune Semantic layer Reporting Views.

Experience with RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2), with DDL generation.

Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD applications is a plus.

General Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong organizational and analysis skills.

Education Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
