Understanding of firewall policies and stateful connections Deep knowledge of network security, best practices, and protocols Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, QSIG, SIP, H323, MGCP, and SCCP voice networking topologies. Experience working in a VMware virtual environment. Experience configuring voice gateways that include dial peers, SRST, SIP, H323, and MGCP protocols. Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong ability to troubleshoot complex telephony environments . Knowledge of VOIP encryption using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over TSL and of Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP). Familiarity with HIPPA, SOX, GLBA, PCI, or other compliance guidelines is preferred . CCNA certification required, CCNP Preferred Note: This resource must be local to Georgia.
