| Product Owner (Migration to MS Dynamics Platform) Location: Coppell, TX(Hybrid) Duration: Contract JD: As a Product Owner for our complex migration project, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition from multiple legacy systems to the MS Dynamics platform . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, prioritize features, and drive the project towards successful completion. Your expertise in product management and understanding of MS Dynamics will be instrumental in delivering a robust and efficient solution. Responsibilities: 1. Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear vision and strategy for migrating from multiple legacy systems to the MS Dynamics platform, aligning with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. 2. Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines throughout the migration process. 3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements for the migration project, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility. 4. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, technical complexity, and user impact, maintaining a balanced approach to ensure the successful execution of the migration project. 5. Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing user stories and tasks in collaboration with the development team, ensuring clarity and consistency in requirements. 6. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment and transparency. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the migration project, proactively mitigating issues and devising contingency plans to minimize disruption and ensure project success. 8. Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for deliverables, working closely with QA teams to ensure that the migrated solution meets performance, security, and usability requirements. 9. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the transition to the MS Dynamics platform, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. 10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback from stakeholders and retrospectives to identify opportunities for enhancing processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: 1. Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM or similar platforms. 2. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex migration projects. 3. In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics platform, including Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP modules, customization capabilities, and integration options. 4. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in agile development environments. 5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and personalities. 6. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities. 7. Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) are highly desirable. 8.
