Preferred Qualifications Responsible for order management & RMA related functional setups, configurations, orchestration flows definition, interacting with business users to understand the requirement and come up with appropriate functional solution, Fit-Gap analysis, solution feasibility analysis, subscription management, warranty configurations, installed base configurations and setups.
