| Charlotte NC- onsite day one Project Manager (Hardware/software/industrial or consumer product)- must come from manufacturing/ embedded NOT IT USC/GC EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in PMP and Six Sigma highly preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in Project Management 10+ years of professional experience Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and product development lifecycle. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficient in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
