We have an Urgent Requirement For Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow Senior Developer/Architect Experience: 10 years + Location: Hybrid - Dallas/DFWJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Senior Developer/Architect with a minimum of 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both remote work and collaboration at our Dallas/DFW location.Key Responsibilities: SailPoint IdentityNow Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. Customize and extend SailPoint IdentityNow functionality to meet specific business needs. Architecture Design: Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure Identity and Access Management solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Integration: Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with other enterprise systems and applications. Develop connectors and interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Security and Compliance: Ensure that SailPoint IdentityNow implementations adhere to security and compliance standards. Implement and enforce access controls and identity governance policies. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation for SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. Proven track record as a Senior Developer/Architect in SailPoint IdentityNow projects. Technical Skills: Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow development and customization. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts. Experience with scripting languages and integration technologies. Architecture Skills: Architectural design skills for scalable and secure solutions. Ability to assess and recommend improvements to existing IAM architectures. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.Location: This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate at our Dallas/DFW location as needed.
