Demonstrate expertise in managing substantial offshore transitions and engagements, particularly with Indian offshore development centers. Skillfully manage executive-level presentations and lead executive steering committee meetings with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and other high-level stakeholders. Utilize a strong background in running Project Management Offices (PMOs) and managing large-scale programs to drive efficiency and excellence. Ensure accountability for project delivery, maintaining optimal team sizes with the required skill sets and upskilling the workforce as necessary. Drive project success within agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to budget, resource allocation, and quality. Requirement Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; masters degree is a plus. Overall, 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing complex engagements and programs within the technology industry. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams spanning multiple roles and functions, including project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps. Exceptional skills in managing engagements with offshore teams, particularly those involving Indian offshore development centers. Proven ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and lead strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders. Strong background in running PMOs and managing large-scale programs effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. PMP or PMP certification is a plus. Additional Requirements: A strong sense of accountability for project delivery and meeting KPIs. The ability to maintain an optimal team structure with the required skill sets.
