Role Description: 10+ years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday and workday extend, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and troubleshooting. Minimum 5+ years of Architect experience in implementing, integration, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations. Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language. Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio, Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies.
