Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Client- Capital One

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Only - Any CapOne office

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team at Capital One. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, testing, and change management of SailPoint solutions. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from any Capital One office. Key Responsibilities:

Understand requirements and contribute to the design, implementation, integration, testing, and change management processes.

Utilize both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development to integrate SailPoint with various systems.

Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including the development of workflows, rules, custom connectors, and task definitions.

Develop automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, and Maven.

Ensure adherence to REST fundamentals and API design best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python, and REST development.

4+ years of development experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment in an enterprise environment.

Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors.

Experience creating REST API documentation using Swagger, YAML, or similar tools is desirable.

Familiarity with Unix/Linux platforms, Tomcat, Oracle, Postgres, Spring Framework, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Knowledge of web services (REST), AWS services (S3, EC2, EMR, ECS, SQS, CloudWatch), IAM tools implementation, Active Directory, LDAP management, MFA, Jira, Git, and Jenkins.

About the Team:

This software engineering role will be part of the Enterprise Access Application Onboarding team at Capital One. Team members collaborate closely with development teams, Cyber, and DevOps teams to design, develop, and implement solutions for managing application access within SailPoint IdentityIQ. The team leverages various services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, Dynamo, RDS Aurora, and S3 to support products. By joining this team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact with your work, developing applications with Java, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Jenkins, and APIs.
